Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

Friendly staff, and very convenient to have washer/dryer and kitchenette in the room. Scanning the room card in the elevator auto selects the floor your room is on, which is a great feature. I like how the disposable toothbrush and toothpaste have been separated. A disposable toothbrush is placed in your room on arrival, and small tubs of toothpaste can be taken as needed near the front desk. This is a nice way to reduce waste, because the toothbrush can be used multiple times. I also like the "basic" daily room cleaning. Only rubbish is taken, and towels exchanged. This allows me to use the kitchen facilities without worrying about if we're accumulating too much trash (buying things from supermarkets can come with a lot of packaging). The hotel is quite well located, with both Odori and Susukino stations within walking distance.

The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

It is a short walk away from literally everything you need- The Shopping Street, Subway station, the Sapporo Tower, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was amazing. They are very accommodating and generous. The room exceeded my expectations, coming from Tokyo standards. It has its own washing machine and microwave, spacious bed and bathroom, with complete amenities. The overall experience is a ten out of ten. Will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another stay in this property hopefully soon!

The process for parking was very easy and accessible, great for car drivers during the winter. The staff were also attentive to our requests and needs. The room was spacious for 2 persons, with enough space for doing work or packing luggage. The facilities in the room were also what we loved, having a mini kitchen for small cooking (we didn't use it), a drinking tap and a washing machine/dryer inside.
