I really liked the hotel's location, staff is very friendly and helpful and the best thing is, the room has a washing machine/dryer. I love it! I didn't think this would be an important aspect during travel but I have since changed my mind. Room size is a pretty decent size, we had two large travel luggage. If you drive, there is a pay parking area just behind the hotel.

Convenient location, very close to Tanukikoji and easy walking distance to Odori Park, Susukino and Nijo Market. Room was clean and decent sized but had bulky furniture that made it feel small. Our room had a portable induction stove and an additional sink at the foot of the bed, outside of the bathroom. It also had a microwave and a washing machine which was convenient as we could run it while we were out for the day and come back to clean clothes.

1. Best coffee of all hotels I stayed before. Freshly self-brewed coffee using coffee beans at hotel lobby. 2. Unmatched proximity to Odori Station, Tanukikoji, streetcars, and Airport Bus alighting and boarding points - all within 3 minutes walk 3. Washer and laundry detergent in a hotel room! And how the hotel managed to put one in the small room!!! However, I don't like its washing cycles and performance. Still, I got the chance to do my laundry as I always travel light. 4. Microwave which we didn't use.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping street. Below the shopping street and park are the a number of underground shopping complexes that connect to Sapporo Station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The washer/dryer in the room is a terrific feature.

The service in the front desk is very satisfying. The level of room cleanliness is unmatched. I personally quite like the coffee machine which I can basically enjoy it whenever I want (it's serviced between 06:30 to 23:00). Their amenities are also excellent in quality, and they are timely supplied.

All rooms have a washing machine, a major advantage if you are staying several nights. TIP: For just slightly more, book a room with a kitchenette on a high floor (our room was 1003), and you get a much larger room. Free coffee in the lobby until 11:30pm was an unexpected and nice amenity! Location is perfect and so central! The main shopping street is a 3 minute walk, and the subways and streetcar are also a very easy short 3-minute walk. There are 3 convenience stores nearby, with a Family Mart just 1 building away from the hotel. Several places to eat, open till about 11pm. The major malls are on the next street.

I liked that there is a washing machine and microwave, which we can do our laundry and heat up food. I also liked that there are two armchair and a table that we can sit down and enjoy our food and have a good chat. The staff are friendly and approachable. There is free flow of coffee at the lobby area for a certain duration.

One of the best accommodations I've stayed at, though it is more like a serviced apartment - excellent location, a few mins away from shopping street and susukino area and odori metro station - Really functional room design, they packed a lot of features into the room without it feeling too crowded - newly renovated - Has the comfort of a hotel room with practical things from a home (e.g. washing machine with dryer!! kitchenette with Induction cooker, fridge) - light switches in convenient places - plenty of power outlets and a USB charge port on each side of ther bed - pyjamas, slippers, toothbrush provided - other toiletries and teabags can be collected as required from lobby - staff were helpful and kept our luagge before check in and after check out so we could go sightseeing for the day - a purifier/humidifier was provided which was a big help - there was a trousers press iron probably for business men

Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend

Clean and well run hotel right in the fun of Sapporo. Very close to shopping and dozens of places to eat - the area was safe and easy to navigate. The room was really well appointed and being able to do our laundry in the room was a bonus! Staff were helpful and you can store luggage if check in is not ready. Close to the main station either at street level or via the underground walkways, good for those very chilly days.
